Great location with easy access to central Paris and multiple tube stations. Delicious and varied breakfast for a reasonable price. Clean rooms that are suitable for those who just need a place to crash.

The rooms are on the smaller side. the staircase is a spiral and may be difficult for those with limited mobility.

A comfortable stay in a central location. The bed and linens were good, and the air conditioner was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The room was silent, and the bathroom was a decent size with a dryer and good mirrors. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance and the metro just 2 minutes away. The mini fridge in the room was a convenient feature. The staff was nice and always available to help.

Expensive extras: the cost of coffee capsules and limited shower amenities felt like unnecessary expenses during the stay. Inconsistent housekeeping: Despite requesting additional coffee pods and towels, the housekeeping did not fulfill the request, leading to inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the Arts et Metiers metro station just a short walk away, allowing easy access to all of Paris. The friendly staff, although needing a bit of encouragement, were helpful and communicated well in both English and French. The 24-hour reception and well-lit lobby provided a sense of security. Additionally, there was a fantastic brasserie/tavern right next door, offering a great atmosphere and delicious food. I had a positive experience at the 3H Paris Marais and would recommend it to others.
